Assisted Living

The Medford Hamlet is the first Assisted Living Residence on Long Island newly built to provide long-term affordable living for seniors through the New York State ALP Program. This, in addition to the high quality of services provided and a wide range of amenities, sets The Medford Hamlet apart from other Assisted Living Residences, making it the alternative for 200 residents who wish to maintain their independence but can no longer live on their own.

Fully licensed by the New York State Department of Health, the residence is staffed by individuals who are dedicated to serving seniors and supervised by experienced administrators and professional nurses. NY State Assisted Living Program services are provided in consultation with your primary physician.
